The new client agreement is the contract for new customers wanting a pet sit service. All new clients, please also fill out an emergency card as well. Existing clients, please fill out the new contract for existing clients. If interested in grooming or photography services, those contracts  are available as well. Please either scan and e-mail to grandpawspetsitting@yahoo.com or fax contracts to (480) 366-4472. Or you may fill out and provide contracts to your pet sitter at the meet and greet.
